How does the menu work?

Fleur Kitchen offers a selection of monthly seasonal dishes alongside our permanent favourite meals, including main meals, breakfast options, snacks, and promotional specials. We believe that seasonal produce provides optimal nutrient density and flavour, so our menu changes each month to feature the freshest, most nutrient-rich ingredients.

Tell me about serving sizes?

All Fleur Kitchen meals include recommended serves listed online. These are provided as a guide to indicate how many people each meal is suitable for. For further information view the product page for any meal. 

Can I freeze my meals?

All Fleur Kitchen meals are delivered frozen. Keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to eat and always observe the best before date on the ingredient label. Once thawed, meals should be consumed within 4 days. We don’t recommend refreezing any meals. For more details, please view the product page for each meal.

How do I heat my meals?

All Fleur Kitchen meals arrive frozen. For best results, please follow the heating instructions on each individual product page and on the meal’s label. 

Do you offer options for specific dietary needs?

Yes! Fleur Kitchen offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and garlic and onion-free options. Each meal has a detailed product page with a full ingredient list and clearly highlighted allergens for easy reference. Nutritional information is available online and on the packaging.

Who can enjoy our bundles?

Fleur Kitchen meal bundles are for everyone! Anyone can order them and enjoy a convenient selection of our meals, whether for yourself, your family, or as a thoughtful gift.

Where do we source our produce?

Fleur Kitchen sources its produce locally from the Albury-Wodonga region, using trusted suppliers such as Arnolds and Border Just Foods This ensures fresh, high-quality ingredients while supporting local growers.

Where do we deliver and when do we deliver?

Fleur Kitchen delivers directly to your front door within a 50 km radius of our kitchen. Deliveries are made on Sundays and Mondays. To keep your meals fresh while you’re busy about your day, each order is delivered in a Chilltainer, ensuring everything stays perfectly chilled until you’re ready to enjoy it.

What packaging do we use?

Fleur Kitchen meals are delivered using thermal insulated Cool Chilltainers to keep your food perfectly chilled. Main meals are cryovac-sealed for optimal freshness, while others are packed in eco-conscious packaging. 

Do we deliver to PO Boxes?

Fleur Kitchen currently does not deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries must be made to a physical street address within our delivery zone.

Where do you deliver?

Fleur Kitchen currently delivers within a 50 km radius of our kitchen. Delivery availability will appear at checkout once you enter your address.

If your address falls outside our delivery zone, unfortunately we may not be able to deliver just yet, but we hope to expand our delivery area in the future so more people can enjoy Fleur Kitchen meals.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are based on the distance from our kitchen:

0–5 km: Free delivery, no minimum spend
5–20 km: $10 delivery fee, no minimum spend
20–50 km: $15 delivery fee with a minimum spend of $50


Delivery availability and fees will automatically appear at checkout once your address is entered. 

How do I order a Fleur Kitchen e-gift card?

You can purchase an e-gift card online through the Gift Cards section on our website. Simply select your voucher amount and choose whether you’d like the gift card sent to yourself or directly to the recipient.

If sending it as a gift, you can enter the recipient’s name, email address, an optional message, and select the date you’d like the gift card delivered.

Fleur Kitchen gift cards are delivered digitally via email, making them a quick and thoughtful gift. Simply enter the recipient’s email address, name, a personalised message and select the date you’d like the gift card delivered.

What gift card amounts are available?

Gift cards are available in preset amounts of $50, $100, $150, or $200.

My digital gift card hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If the gift card email hasn’t arrived, please check your junk or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us at info@fleurkitchen.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

What if the meal I want is sold out?

Because everything at Fleur Kitchen is prepared in small batches in our kitchen, some meals may sell out during the week. If you see a meal that’s unavailable, it means all stock has already been allocated to orders. New meals are prepared weekly, so check back soon, and get in early to secure your favourites.

I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered. What should I do?

Why is there no delivery option for my address at checkout?

Please double-check the address entered at checkout is correct. If no delivery options appear, it likely means your address falls outside our current delivery zone. At the moment, Fleur Kitchen delivers within a 50km.

Can I make changes to my order?

We will always try our best to help. However, once orders have been packed and prepared for delivery, changes may not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be accommodated up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

What is your refund policy?

If you experience an issue with one of our meals or products, please contact us so we can assist.
